In accordance with Aid Call returns policy, before returning any goods to Aid Call, you must first download a copy of our Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) Form.

Complete the RMA Form with details of the item(s) being returned and fax or e-mail a copy to our Sales Department.

On receipt of the RMA Form our Sales Department will check the details and contact you by return with an RMA Number. This number must be quoted on all documentation and must be written on the outer carton of the goods being returned. Any goods received without an RMA number will be returned to you without any action being taken, you may also be charged a handling fee.
This procedure ensures our Repairs Department have advance warning of returns and it facilitates greater accuracy with regard to reported faults and/or appropriate action required.
