The service is available to anyone and although it is owned by Age Concern, by no means are all the customers’ elderly. Some have a physical disability, or a chronic condition such as epilepsy or diabetes. Some are recovering from illness, while others are more concerned for their security than their health.

5.  Speed of delivery, installation and maintenance

When you Easy-Connect by ordering online your personal alarm system will arrive on your doorstep within 2 to 3 working days.

If you arrange for an advisor to come and connect your system for you we guarantee someone will see you within 5 days although it can often be arranged for the next day.

If there is a problem with your system for whatever reason we guarantee an advisor will come to see you within 48 hours.
