How Much is it?Round the clock care and attentionAid Call provide a rented system that works in tandem with the service provided by the Emergency Response Centre. We offer a highly professional installation service together with 24-hour monitoring and on-site maintenance system. This means that once you have your Aid Call fitted you need not feel alone or vulnerable ever again – total peace of mind for you and your family. Payment OptionsWe offer a choice of four payment methods. When you have decided which option is the best for you, feel assured that the equipment and service are the same high standard. To complete the installation we will require payment of the initial option fee and the 1st quarter or annual payment in advance at the time of installation to cover rental, monitoring and maintenance. All prices include installation, 24-hour monitoring and on-site maintenance, but exclude VAT. You are exempt from VAT if you declare that you are chronically sick or disabled (for example, if you suffer from an ongoing illness such as heart problems or arthritis). You do not need to be registered disabled to claim exemption from VAT. An additional pendant is available at a small extra cost and if you move house, Aid Call can move with you.
