Step 3: Securely package and return the product(s) to us and include a copy of the confirmation so that we can process the repair correctly.

User Agreement

All repaired products will be returned to the company address provided. If you require us to return them to an alternative address, please complete the 'return address' information. Where a piece of equipment is returned as faulty but is still in warranty, it will be subject to examination for user damage and liquid ingress, and if accepted will be repaired under the warranty terms free of charge. Anyone wishing to return a product for repair must have a valid and up to date account as failure to comply will mean the repair cannot be processed.
