Aid Call provide a rented system that works in tandem with the service provided by the Emergency Response Centre. We offer a highly professional installation service together with 24-hour monitoring and on-site maintenance system.
This means that once you have your Aid Call fitted you need not feel alone or vulnerable ever again – total peace of mind for you and your family.
Payment Options
We offer a choice of five payment methods. When you have decided which option is the best for you, feel assured that the equipment and service are the same high standard.
To complete the installation we will require payment of the initial option fee and the 1st quarter or annual payment in advance at the time of installation to cover rental, monitoring and maintenance.
All prices include installation, 24-hour monitoring and on-site maintenance, but exclude VAT. You are exempt from VAT if you declare that you are chronically sick or disabled (for example, if you suffer from an ongoing illness such as heart problems or arthritis). You do not need to be registered disabled to claim exemption from VAT.
An additional pendant is available at a small extra cost and if you move house, Aid Call can move with you. There are no other charges, the prices as outlined below are all you pay. Please call for details – 0808 100 4545.
Payment Option 1
Arrange a demonstration
A good value option if you are likely to use the service for more than 3 years. If you believe you’ll be in your home for more than 3 years this option offers good value for money in the long term. Option 1 can usually be installed within 5 working days.
An initial fee of £254* plus £17.60 per quarter (equivalent to £1.35 per week)
* Community Care Grants may be available if in receipt of Income Support/Pension Credit.
Payment Option 2
Arrange a demonstration
A good value option if you are likely to use the service for up to 2 years. Option 2 can usually be installed within 5 working days.
An initial fee of £99 plus £31.05 per quarter (equivalent to £2.39 per week)
Payment Option 3
Arrange a demonstration
You may be considering moving into a home, sheltered accommodation or perhaps planning to lives with relatives. This is the best option if you are at all uncertain of the near future. Option 3 can usually be installed within 5 working days.
Payment of £29 per month for first 6 months plus £31.05 per quarter thereafter*

Arrange a demonstration
Pay one fee – no further payments. Option 4 can usually be installed within 5 working days.

Available to buy online
Self installation of the system. Option 5 please allow 10 working days for delivery. Demonstration offer does not apply to self install customers.
