Box Sale – Self Connection Information
When you receive your Aid Call alarm unit for self installation you should have received a copy of the Self Installation folder which includes all the necessary details you will need to help you install the Aid Call alarm.
If you have mis-placed the information, the following details maybe helpful:
Step 1:
Connect the alarm unit and make the necessary test calls.
Step 2:
Please complete the contract enclosed within the folder, including your bank details if you wish to pay by direct debit for ongoing monitoring charges.
Step 3:
Return and sign the contracts in the ‘Freepost’ envelope enclosed within the folder.

Step 4:
Remember full instructions are enclosed within the folder for your reference or can be accessed on-line .

The connection of the alarm unit will only be complete when you have made a test call using the large red button on the base unit followed by a further test from the pendant button.
