This additional service provides you with one visit per year which includes:

  • Testing of all call points
  • A full system check
  • Software is updated if required
  • A Service Certificate is provided

Exclusions

Maintenance contracts exclude:

  • Repairs arising through misuse, physical damage or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel
  • Acts of God
