We have some exciting opportunities for a variety of roles within Legrand 

Customer Support Engineer’s – North, Midlands and South

Jontek a key brand of the Assisted Living & Healthcare business unit of Legrand UK, develops, installs and maintains alarm monitoring software applications to housing, social care & private providers. In this role you will provide remote and on-site customer/IT support for the ‘Answerlink’ digital platform, either deployed at customer premises across the UK or in the cloud. The Answerlink system is part of a range of advanced digital technologies from Legrand that helps support the vulnerable and elderly to live independently within their own homes.
 
As part of a UK wide team the role will require participation in an on-call rota and in return we offer an excellent salary, company car and other benefits.

Field Service Engineer – London & South East

Reporting to: Service Delivery Manager

The Post holder will need to fulfil the below responsibilities:

Attend site/ service visits within assigned region

To attend to clients service calls to fault find and provide corrective action to resolve any faults

Assist with installations, commissioning and audits

Provide on-call assistance as part of a rota
