Return for Credit

To have a product returned please follow these steps:

Step 1:   Fill out and submit the form below.
Step 2:   Print out 2 copies of the confirmation page, keeping one as a reference.
Step 3:   Securely package and return the product(s) to us and include a copy of the confirmation so that we can process your request for a credit.

User Agreement

  • All mandatory fields must be completed in full to enable an advance replacement to be processed.
  • An advanced Replacement Credit will only be processed if this paperwork is returned within 14 days with the relevant items and that goods are of an age less than or equal to 12 months from original order.
  • All other credit requests for items not required will only be accepted if goods are of an age less than or equal to 60 days from original order and will be subject to a minimum re-stocking charge of 10% of the invoice value to a maximum of £50 for a single item.
  • Equipment returns in respect of third party or manufactured to order items will only be accepted at the discretion of Tynetec.
  • Tynetec (Aid Call's parent company) hold the right to refuse credit if any discrepancies are found.
