Warranty & Service

As a customer of Aid Call, you can be assured of a high level of after-sales support and service.  All our products are backed by a comprehensive 12 month warranty, after which Aid Call can continue to give support by providing a service contract.

Whether you take out a service contract or elect to pay as required, you may be assured that your system will be maintained and repaired to the highest standards.

To guarantee and ensure customer satisfaction, Aid Call employs a team of ISO accredited trained field service engineers located throughout the UK offering the highest standards of installation and maintenance.

Our customer service team is based at our head office; this provides you with a point of contact for all customer queries and is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your request, whatever it may be, will be dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Standard Warranty Includes

All products covered for 12 months from the date of installation include:

  • Engineer Visits (labour & materials), within 48  hours of fault report 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Repairs of call units and pagers at our service centre (excludes postage and packing).
  • Access to our Manned Helpline 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Out of hours visits are available at extra charge and are subject to engineer availability.

Exclusions

  • Repairs arising through misuse, physical damage or repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel.
  • Battery replacements.

 

Tailor-made Maintenance Contracts

After the warranty period, customers can continue to receive the same level of service with the following added benefits:

  • Emergency system failure, cover at weekends, 9.00am - 5.30pm.
  • Same-day response in the event of full system failure, 9.00am – 5.30pm.
  • One preventive service inspection per year includes all call point batteries.

 

Intermittent service on request

Customers requesting repairs or service, without a service contract or warranty will be charged accordingly & visits will be subject to engineer availability.
