How the System Works

Employers are responsible for ensuring the safety of their staff at all times particularly within the Healthcare industry.

Aid Call offer an optional staff attack 'Buddy' system that is simple and inexpensive, yet provides you and your staff with valuable peace of mind.

The IRTX4000 'Buddy' is a portable, remote infrared transmitter trigger for the ATX4000 and ATX5000 call points and can provide up to 12 call combinations to cover all eventualities.

Features

• Programmable identity up to 99
• Push button CALL, ASSIST, EMERGENCY or HELP
• Pull pin programmable to CALL, ASSIST, EMERGENCY, HELP
• Cancel button can be active or inactive
• Case, buttons and lanyard are antimicrobial

There are two methods of operation:

• A push button alarm
• A lanyard pull pin alarm

When activated, the 'Buddy' transmits an alarm to the call point, which when used with an ATX4000 and ATX5000 the CP5000 system gives identity, location and alarm information.

IRTX4000 'Buddy' is also compatible with the ATX3000 call points, however it does not have HELP calls and does not have the identity, ID, feature (HELP is seen as EMERGENCY on the ATX3000).
