Warden Call Systems

The warden call systems are flexible and can monitor as many properties as you require, this may not be within the same location.

These properties are linked via alarm pull cords located within the property or worn by the residents and can either be connected to a warden control officer or directly to our in-house monitoring centre (TSA Accredited), where our employees are extremely experienced in dealing with incidents of this nature.

Directly linked to the telephone line, the Aid Link Plus terminal allows hands-free communication with remote operators or private carers to get either help or services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A simple press on the terminal buttons or on the radio pendant launches an external call or intercepts an incoming call.

Each unit has the ability to dial up to 4 numbers, which can be programmed for example, the Warden’s house, Warden’s mobile, relief warden and a monitoring centre.

If the call goes to anything other than the monitoring centre, the user can open a speech line through their phone to determine the situation.

The Aid Call Difference

  • Help available 24 hours a day 7 days a week
  • Ease of operation for the user
  • Hands free communication
  • 4 emergency contact numbers available
